Jan Lübbe—CEO and the face of Lübbe Immo—is an entrepreneur from Altötting who oversees the strategic development of Lübbe Immo. With a keen eye for effective concepts and the needs of young people, he has built up the “Junges Wohnen im Scharnagl” project. His focus: creating usable living space with simple structures and sustainable concepts. For him, the focus is not just on the property itself, but above all on the people who live there. Flutra Lübbe is the main point of contact for all organizational and business matters. Among other things, she handles leasing and contract processing—including ongoing tenant support as well as Lübbe Immo’s bookkeeping and administration—ensuring that everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis and that tenants always have a dedicated point of contact.

In developing our residential projects, we work closely with real estate expert Florian Kreinecker. As a real estate agent with deep regional roots, he knows the market, the people, and the requirements for modern living spaces. This understanding is a crucial building block for us in ensuring that our projects are not only economically sound but also practical and well-suited to our target audience. For us, good collaboration means: honest assessments rather than theory, an instinct for genuine demand, and the ability to think about living spaces from the perspective of future tenants. Florian Kreinecker’s experience helps us develop our projects in a way that ensures they work in the long term—for us as operators and, above all, for the people who live with us. Because in the end, it’s not just about real estate—it’s about a home. Together, we pursue a clear goal: to create living spaces that simply work—and where people feel at home.
